"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice size. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I do have a suggestion for the hotel. Please put hand towels in the gym. Even Holiday Inn and Suites have towels in the gym. I saw other people working out and sweat was dripping everywhere all over the equipment."

"Very nice and classic clen and smelled good"

"Loved it being smoke free property. Casino was not crowded but didn’t hear anyone winning. The grill restaurant had a good burger and good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff."

"First time stay. Friendly staff. Very classy in design. Room was very spacious. Could have been dusted better and the power outlet connected to one side of the headboard of the king bed wasn't functional, therefore, no use of phone charger block outlet and no working lamp. As far as the bathroom design, towel rack is above the toilet on the other side of the shower which didn't quite make sense to be able to easily grab a bath towel or wash cloth from the shower. Shower is large, but no bar to...

"Bed was very uncomfortable."

"The Property interior looked pretty clean. The staff was less than enthusiastic or friendly. A couple people were friendly proceeded to tell me it was low season so therefore the bar was not open. The breakfast was still served. Coffee was hot and fresh courtesy. If you’re going to charge full price, then allow for full service."

"Room was dirty, stains on the wall, dirt by the tv stand. Carpet down the halls unvacuumed. Creepy guy in the hallway, made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was microwaved food, hash browns worst ever, tasted reheated, same with the sausage. Bagels were the only thing edible, so we had that and apples"

"Off season price was great me and the wife pulled our bike down and road the coast a quick two day outing we absolutely love ms coast"

"I really enjoyed my two night stay here as a solo female traveller. I felt safe, everything was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the employees were super nice, and the amenities were great. Loved the breakfast too. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Had to wait and couldn't check in until a little after 4 PM. Water view room I reserved was replaced with pool view. Neighbors in adjacent room were noisy all night long for a number of nights even though we told guest services. Overall, a bit disappointing."
