"Everything excellent "

"Requested non smoking room. Was unavailable. Room had foul smoke odors. No microwave or refrigerator. Not really pleased will not stay there again "

"Check in desk was completely inflexible regarding check in time. Not a minute early despite dozens of cleaned, empty rooms. Breakfast staff talked so loudly in kitchen area that I could not carry on a conversation in the dining area. "

"Elevator sounds like it's about to give out. No ice machine could be found on 3rd floor, only coke vending machine. Bed skirt was very stained and looked to have mildew on it. Room was clean and so were most common areas. Bathroom was spotless. Hotel staff were very friendly. There were signs of crime in the area nearby but no issues on the property during our stay. It was quiet in the room and AC unit worked good."

"Breakfast was nasty. I took one bit of the egg, it was hard as rubber and tasted like runny. Sausage was like plastic. It was like it was re-cooked several times. I threw it out and we went to Waffle House. Other than that everything else was great. "

"The breakfast menu was much better than your standard fare. The room and main lobby were very well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. "
