This hotel is a nostalgic stay on the bank of the Mississippi. My room was comfortable with a soft bed, great shower and a patio view of the riverbank. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

The room was very clean and smelled really good when we walked in. The staff was very friendly at check-in and also at check-out. Our only issue was the shower head didn't spray very well, but it was not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book again.

Room was very clean and the hotel is historically beautiful.Great walking with amazing views. Have been there on several occasions and would recommend. The only issue is the breakfast. Bring back the help yourself or at least get a toaster and some bagels or even bread. The breakfast being served is cold and VERY soggy. 10 days on the road and this was the worst breakfast.

The front desk staff is amazing. We arrived early, but they accommodated us and we were able to get a room right away. The room had a beautiful view of the river and was clean and cozy. The only problem was a bit outdated bathtub and the bathroom fan that was dreadfully loud.

The Grand hotel is located in a great location. The riverfront was beautifully decorated for Christmas as was the hotel itself. Walking distance from shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. The only downfall I found was there was no decaf coffee offered when we went down for breakfast. I will stay here again.

Check in and everything was fine. My only concern was that the bed was worn and lumpy. Also, the room I reserved online was changed when I arrived and housekeeper still disturbed even though do not disturb sign was on the door. I am begging Natchez Grand to please, please change their breakfast menu and how it’s distributed. Please and thank you.
