"Clean, friendly staff, plenty of shops/cafes beside the hotel. Great"

"I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after."

"Great location- easy access to all stores - Albert docks - soccer stadiums- train stations Very clean and tidy - Staff including all the cleaning crew were very helpful Will recommend to my friends and family For the next time we are in Liverpool."

"Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy. Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of....

"For the property to really excel the business owner needs to put in added effort to maintain the Housekeeping of the property including safety & Hygiene. The microwave was rusted internally with burn marks and not well maintained. That needs to be replaced immediately. Risk of Fire The rubbish bin in the communal was not emptied for the whole duration of my stay No adequate cutlery. No bin bags, washing up liquid scoring pad or clothes for wiping surfaces. The Housekeeping was shocking...

"I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip recently. The place is fine but was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty/dirty and there was food in the kitchen from a previous stay. The internet was also very intermittent so I couldn’t watch tv one evening which was annoying. For the price there are better places."

"Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful."
