"Location is good, close to shopping, pubs and food. Walking distance to the Cavern pub/club/restaurant. beware of homeless tent perched on the sidewalk next to hotel entrance. This hotel also services long term stays and our original assigned room smelled of tobacco smoke from previous tenant…front desk was able to relocate us to a better room. Thank you!"

"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. "dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken"

"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."
