Really good property for groups! Spotless and couldn’t do anything more to help us Just an FYI as mentioned on other reviews, you may need ear plugs as there is quite a busy street down below. It suited us fine as we were in Liverpool for a night out anyway! Perfect location, 5 min walk from train station and 5 to the centre of pubs/bars/clubs

Great. Communication with the apartments was very good. Very clean and location was spot on for a hen weekend 👍 The rooms were very warm though and air con would have been appreciated!!

Great stay and great communication. Be aware that this is above a club and you will feel like you are in a club till 3am.. plus street cleaning starts early etc. great location and amenities. Sofa had gross stains on it. Great apartment for a party weekend. No not get for families

Beautiful room. Easy to get to. Only issue we found was the shower pressure was definitely broken and the water would not heat up. Didn’t ruin everything though we all enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou :)

Didn’t receive any details on how to get in from Hotels.com Luckily a lady turned up and pointed us up to the main office. Had an email off Hotels.com today(Monday). Rubbish. Apartment was well used!! Suffering from some wear and tear. Great location. Great price.

Avoid. Noise Levels May Be High due to Club below!

Booked accommodation, excited for my weekend away, and 2 days later I received an email stating "noise levels may be high due to venue below". Fantastic, it doesn't mention that on the advert. I request a refund via Hotels.com chat. They say "you chose a non-refundable option, not possible". Even if they (hotel) have withheld information? "Non-refundable, uStay refuse to refund you". I try again another day, stating false advertising - uStay still refuse to refund me. I kept stating how the noise level info was kept from you during the booking, and Hotels.com said "it has Party in the name of the advert, so that must mean, it's going to be noisy - no refunds". I mentioned "who books a hotel, to be kept awake all night? I've never had a noise level disclaimer when booking somewhere to SLEEP" - still they couldn't help. It was the busiest weekend of the year - Eurovision - uStay would have easily sold the room in a heartbeat!!... but instead, I've paid an extortionate amount of money to write this review. Didn't even stay here, we booked a nicer, quieter, location up near anfield. Eurovision holiday would have been perfect if it wasn't for these greedy, lying, schmucks.
