"Unser Aufenthalt im Salt of Palmar war unvergesslich. Bereits beim Check-In wurde man so herzlich von den Mitarbeitenden in Empfang genommen und bekam ein leckeres Getränk zur Begrüßung.
Neben der Liebe zum Detail, mit der das Hotel gestaltet wurde, muss man besonders die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden - vom Housekeeping, über die Service- und Spamitarbeitende sowie das Küchenpersonal - erwähnen. Wirklich alle sind so bemüht, dem Gast jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen.

"I invited my daughter - who was getting married, to have breakfast. I had arranged the breakfast plan at check-in. They treated her as an intruder and somebody who was trespassing when she arrived. It ruined her special day. These people are poorly trained and lacks professionalism. They recognized that they messed and offered me a free day at the hotel. I AM NOT THAT CHEAP. Keep your free day for you!!! B"

"We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel.
Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay.
However, several issues impacted our experience:
Rooms felt dated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning leaked, wardrobe fittings were loose with rusty hangers, and shelving was uneven. Space was very limited, especially in the children’s room. Housekeeping...
