"Thank you so much for an amazing experience! My husband and I booked SALT looking for a relaxing and chilled place and that is exactly what we got. Dheeraj and the team really looked after us, even making a personalised drink in a fresh coconut!! It was small gestures like this that made us feel so welcomed. They organised day trips and cabs for us, offered turn down services every night and we even got to have a full body massage in their beautiful spa with 20% off. We had a magical time and...

"I invited my daughter - who was getting married, to have breakfast. I had arranged the breakfast plan at check-in. They treated her as an intruder and somebody who was trespassing when she arrived. It ruined her special day. These people are poorly trained and lacks professionalism. They recognized that they messed and offered me a free day at the hotel. I AM NOT THAT CHEAP. Keep your free day for you!!! B"

"We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel.
Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay.
However, several issues impacted our experience:

"This is one of the best hotels we have been to. It is situated in a beautiful location Belle Mare with access to a wonderful beach. There is a lot of activities to do the majority are part of the package. We had a half board package for 4. The food selection in the main restaurant was excellent and the quality is generally high.
