"A"

"Really lovely hotel. Room was a good size and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The cafe downstairs was well priced for a hotel. One point to note - there is a lot of construction work taking place around the property, which does make it a little noisy and dusty, but it didn’t disturb my sleep."

"Everything was good, but they did not have a computer or office room where you could print."

"Thank"

"Fantastic property overall. The staff is VERY nice and attentive. The only thing that confused me was that I got daily housekeeping, but only for the bathroom. They would clean the bathroom, replace towels, empty the trash - but only from the bathroom. I found that odd, but I am low-maintenance, so it wasn't a big deal - just found it odd."

"The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the bistro was delicious."

"It was just beautiful and breathtaking. The location was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It will be the place I will always stay at when visiting Indianapolis. It was a great experience"

"My room didn’t get cleaned and I asked several time over my three day stay i paid way to much for this type of issue"

"Hospitality"

"We were in town for a concert at the Bainbridge Center. This hotel is a very easy walk to the venue. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There isn't parking available so we had to pay to Valet. But the Valet was pretty efficient with retrieving the car the next day. Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. We loved it! We booked a King Suite and it was worth it. My only complaint was the noise outside. We had corner windows and that may have been the problem. We could hear...

"Convenient location to Lucas Oil. Inviting lobby."

"Within walking distance of Lucas Oil. The rooms were clean and well kept. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had."

"This is the perfect place to spend time alone with your partner, I was truly delighted."

"The parking was ample. enough supply of everything was available. The sofa bed however was super uncomfortable. Requested an extra mattress but that was denied by the staff. but otherwise everything else was decent"
