"Room had a leak in the ceiling which looked like it’s been there awhile. Parking fee is ridiculous. "

"We booked several rooms for a birthday gathering, and it was amazing! So many things to do and restaurants nearby. We went to the Stretch Lab and also the Woodhouse Spa. We enjoyed meals at the garage food hall and also at the Italian restaurant Rosemary and olive. The rooms were amazing. The staff was very attentive overall it was an excellent experience."

"Everything was in working order except for the (1) washer and (1) dryer. It has been broken for several weeks. this was a issue due to us staying there because of family in the Heart and Vascular Hospital. Besides that it was great. "

"The rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities were nice as well. The valet was not worth it and charging for parking was outrageous. The breakfast buffet was not expected. We ended up going out to eat. All employees were very friendly! "

"Heat didn’t work well enough. My fiancé and kids were freezing the next morning even though we set it to 80+. Pool was kinda cold also. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. It didn’t work at all. I saw signs saying updated rooms but the building seems outdated as a whole. Not sure when those signs went up. It wasn’t terrible though. Our room was spacious."
