"I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room seemed clean when I arrived. However, the bed sheets appeared to have been used and were not freshly cleaned, and the mattress was old and had a strong odor that smelled like dog urine. The worst part of my stay was waking up covered in bites, which I believe were caused by either bedbugs or fleas. It has been a couple days that I left the hotel and I'm still itching from the bites. "This property was amazing I love how close I was to the beach, room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful with the check in process. I really appreciated that you can park your car right in front your door. I will definitely come back! The only thing I didn’t like is that other visitors staying next door was being very loud late at night and wake me up from my sleep at 1 am, this is definitely something to consider if you are traveling with kids."

"I did not receive the text message or email with the information required to complete the registration prior to the arrival. Neither was the information of the location of the reception office. I arrived at the hotel location before 2:00 p.m. It was not until one of the facilities employees came to us and guided us in which direction to go to get into the reception office. At that point, we had already been waiting for one hour. After we completed the check-in process, we headed to the room and...

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."

"Staff that we encountered were all nice. Took away a star for two reasons: the elevators and the countless fees (which all downtown properties have....I just think they are dumb). There are 3 elevators for an 18 story hotel. And they go from the lobby....through all parking levels.....and up to each floor. We waited forever for these things. It became super annoying and I was over it quickly. The great things were the omelet bar, the bartender was excellent (so personable) and they had N/A Beer...
