Parking was extremely easy with our own spot, pool was clean, nice pool area. Staff was nice when checking in. Our place was nice, large and exactly what I expected from photos on website. We could walk anywhere we needed to go.

The room was great! Clean and comfortable! The check in was difficult. There is no office at facility and was confused about the process of going a mile away to a central office to get our wrist band keys. I would have chalked it up to our own ignorance but, other couples ran into the same issue.

From check in to check out, everything was amazing! Nicole at the front desk was super sweet and very knowledgeable! I’ve been in the hotel industry for 40 years and I’m very picky. When I tell you this hotel is clean, I mean it’s squeaky clean! The pool and Jacuzzi was right outside of my door. We absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be back! #StaycationFromPinellas.

We loved the property, room, amenities, and close proximity to Bradenton Beach, as well as our favorite shops and restaurants! Our rental car easily got us around to the other beaches, nature preserves, and outskirts! There is a free island trolley as well!

Pelican Post is the cutest place! I don't know when it was renovated, but it looked newly renovated. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach - took about 3 minutes. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well-maintained. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn't of asked for a better location, everything was walking distance. Room was modern and very clean. Parking was assigned (which was great) All the restaurants and shop were just a block away. The beach was beautiful, clear water. The pool was the perfect temperature.

The room was pretty small for three. Bathroom too small. Shower was great. I was expecting a kitchen with sink and microwave. It was too small. Maybe regular coffee pot instead of espresso machine. Pool nice. The hot tub jets were intermittent. I believe when I looked the room was different than what I got. For two days it was doable but wouldn’t work for a week.

This hotel group has multiple properties on anna maria. The area my room was at was near bridge st which is not on the water. However it was nice to be so close to bridge st - lots of restaurants, bars and local shops. The room was also very spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with nice pillows and blankets. Also the air conditioner worked really well it was right next to the bed and the ceiling fan in bedroom was awesome with a handy remote control. Tvs were also larger thsn most and the room fridge and bathroom were both above average. I woujd stay here again but now i know not to expect waking up to ocean views and sounds.

We stayed in room 612. There was a king sized bed in the main living area and a queen sized bed in a separate room and a pull out couch in its own room. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was sooo small!!! The property was well kept and the pool and hot tub was so nice! My kids loved the game area too. Check in is at a different location.

Overall I really enjoyed this property. It was sparkling clean and modern, with easy walkable access to shopping and the beach. The area has multiple bars and there is a public parking lot across the street so it was a bit noisy at night, and the headlights from the cars shone right in our windows. Also the walls are a bit thin. the first night our neighbor was yelling all night and it felt like she was in the room with me.The furnishings in the kitchenette could have been better - the metal chairs were very uncomfortable and made a horrible noise when sliding on the tile floor. It would be nice to have more comfortable seating in that area. Also the tvs were WAY too large for the rooms. It wasn’t even possible to comfortably watch the one in the kitchenette. The staff was all lovely and very responsive via text. Overall I would definitely stay at this property or one of the other ones associated with it next time, especially for the great rate I paid this time (seems like rates are much higher for upcoming months though).

While the room and grounds were very nice, check in was VERY confusing and not on site. There is a view of the water if you stand in the street! The room was very spacious and comfortable, even if the view outside the side window was of several dumpsters! If you are a returning visitor to the island this is a good place to stay, for first timers it can be confusing.
