Room was okay although I signed up for the beachfront. There was no building on the beach. It was completely gutted. It was very loud with construction and they did not tell anyone beforehand. Everyone was complainng. I did not because the people who work there are awesome and they are the middle man. It will be great when that all gets sorted out. The room, pool, bar, spa, cleaning people, front desk, and cleanliness was exceptional.

My second time staying at Bali Hai and it never disappoints. Staff is so friendly, room and grounds are incredibly clean and well kept. Spa services were fantastic.

The rooms are exceptionally small. Don’t book a standard room if you have more than a backpack as there is nowhere in the room for a bag. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. But the window to the room is like a jail window and there is no room whatsoever.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bali Hai! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Everywhere I went, I could see the team working hard maintaining the grounds, keeping everything spotless, and making sure guests were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and offered an incredible view that made the stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is that the hotel is very pet-friendly, which made traveling with my pet stress-free.

Great suite very clean. Didn’t like the bath very slippery, should have been a walk in shower. Bed although was pretty comfortable did not like the wooden plate form. Wi-Fi was not good but wasn’t a big deal. All staff were very nice!! Fire pit should have been on at night around the pool. And there should have been an electric kettle. A few tweaks but would recommend because location to beach and how clean our suite was. Will return hopefully!!!
