"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. "This was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Kraków!"

"We stayed in the Golebia Street flats. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the location and having a small kitchen for breakfasts. We appreciated the big fan. We had excellent community with the check in desk which is at a different site. We were able to WhatsApp them to request more pillows and coffee. We took an Uber back to the airport and paid about 50 Zloty. We absolutely loved this hotel! "

"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "
