"The parador is in a splendid position overlooking the planes around Jaen. The interior of the parador is fantastic and rooms are superb! We deducted 1 star as we thought the food in the parador is at best ok and expensive for what it is but it’s definitely worth a stay for a night"

"First, the view from our room was worth the stay—gorgeous! The hotel was good. Staff had limited English but that’s to be expected off the beaten track. The meals that came with “full board” were quite limited, and we would go a la Carter next time. Room was a little stuffy, and it was a little noisy in the evening with the window open. La unica pega que le pondria seria que la piscina es un poco pequeña y para las personas mayores pues es un poco dificil acceder a ella . Por lo demas todo estupendo "

"The hotel is surrounded by nature and ideal for people who enjoy peace and quiet. Also ideal for those travelling with pets. The restaurant serves good food and hotel staff where very friendly. Our room was clean and had comfy beds. On-site parking available. Only downside was an 'occasional' stench in the room from the drains."
