El hotel, precioso, la ubicación, inmejorable y el servicio de 10, pero no le doy la máxima puntuación por 3 motivos: 1. Los senos del baño con forma de concha hacen que te salpique el agua cada vez que se abre el grifo. 2. El cambio de frío/calor está centralizado y no pudimos calentar la habitación ya que el hotel había decidido que aún no hacía frío. 3. Las habitaciones están dispuestas alrededor del patio central donde, a su vez, está la cafetería/bar. Ello hace que el descanso termine cuando empiezan los desayunos a las 8 de la mañana debido al ruido de platos y vasos o, como en mi caso, niños corriendo y llorando. Una pena porque, como decía, el hotel es precioso

Hotel en un antiguo palacio rehabilitado y bien conservado. Está en pleno centro de la ciudad, en zona peatonal, con sus pros y contras. Hay un parking gratuito a cinco minutos andando y no tuvimos ruido exterior por la noche. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Muy buena estancia, estuvimos durmiendo de paso de camino a Málaga y es muy recomendable! El desayuno impresionante, y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Calle peatonal pero hay opciones de parkings muy cerca. El único “pero” es que nos tocó una habitación que daba al lobby sin ventanas y se oía mucho a las otras habitaciones.

Ubicación buena y cama matrimonial aceptable. Estado de la habitación mejorable. Mala climatización y grifería. Cama supletoria para adulto propia de un albergue. No está a la altura mínima de un 4*. Nos ofrecieron solución pagando un sobrecoste que consistió en darnos una habitación doble más. Relación calidad/precio francamente abusiva. Peculiar forma de proteger al cliente en los tiempos difíciles que se le avecina a la hostelería en general. Muy decepcionados con la estancia.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel grâce aux photos et avions trouvé magique ce cadre. Passé le 1er effet kiss cool du grand patio qui abrite la salle de petit-déjeuner, on déchante vite, très vite... Le réceptionniste n’a pas été des plus agréable à notre arrivée et à chaque passage, il ne daignait même pas lever la tête. La chambre est équipée d’une très bonne literie mis n’a pas de fenêtre. Un petit volet donne sur le patio car j’ai oublié de dire que nous étions au même niveau que le patio pas très bien insonorisé. Mais ce qui a vraiment été décevant c’est l’absence d’une piscine dans un établissement comme ça. Dans une région où il fait 35 degrés à l’ombre et où il n’y a rien à faire dans le village (qui là encore la décoration au patrimoine de l’UNESCO est contestable). Bref, pas notre meilleur souvenir.

A palatial room. Centre of Baeza. Walking distance to bus station. Very close to parking station. Large room with gorgeous furniture. Large bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good internet. Cons: Rooms are around the dining area so can get noisy at mealtimes and late night celebrations. No window in my room so couldn't check the weather..or to see if it was daylight. Limate control difficult to work.

The hotel is in the town center. Good location! The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, something could be improved. 1) My leg was hurt by the sharp corner of the bench at the end of the bed. The bench can be taken away because the room is not big enough. 2) Water can be leaked through the edge of the bath tub window.
