"Amazing stay"

"We stayed at Rundle Chalet in October. We loved the location as easy to get to Canmore with shopping/restaurants and right outside Banff NP gates. Lots of hiking all around. The cabin is rustic but we had a fridge, stove, mw, toaster oven and a big bonus was a Jotel wood stove. The beds sank in the middle, the bottom step was loose thus 4 stars. They even left us some firewood."

"Convenience and near tourist attractions"

"Hot pools were nice. Rooms are dated, had no shower curtain . Very low water pressure in shower and toilet didn't flush well."

"It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. Close enough to walk but also right by a bus stop."

"Transfer 2 times for the elevator to get building B and C for this kinda small hotel"

"The room was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was under construction, so there was quite a bit of noise in the mornings. There was also no AC, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was average with limited options. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with the amenities and construction noise."

"Great location but I do not know before that we have to pay extra about 20$CAD for facility, the room is quite smaller than I thought. "

"Staff were very helpful and polite and the view was unique. The only disadvantage (if you don't have a car) is related to the location as this resort is relatively far away from main strip of the city and the Banff conference centre. Staff should know the bus routes well (2 and 7 in my case) to avoid isolation. Also, where the next Sobeys or IGA to get provisions. Given there is no restaurant service, should invite guests to go to the Mountain Buffalo restaurant one block away to dine there....

"Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600."

"Hotel was clean and updated. Courtyard hot tub was excellent."

"Great trip. Older property. Enjoyed our time. Would comeback."
