"This hotel was extremely cozy and welcoming. I asked the front desk worker if they had a wake up call service for the northern lights and while they didn’t, he offered to call my personal cell if they came out. They had a small game room/ lounge to mingle with others as well which was really nice. I would highly recommend! "

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). "Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."
