"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely view from our room and the location was perfect for getting around town. We were close to restaurants and right across the street from bus stop number 5 which is where lots of tour buses offer pickup. The room was small but comfortable. The only issue was the design of the shower. There is no drain pan so you have to get creative to keep the floor from flooding. We enjoyed drinks in the Sky Bar a couple of nights. "The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here."

"Hotel is next to the power plant, but otherwise nothing around it so beautiful nature views. Very dark at night for Northern Lights.
The glass house and Northern Lights bar areas are really cool. The heated outdoor pool is interesting. We had a lovely soak...just note it's only a few feet deep. Food at Silfra was ok. We didn't stay for breakfast.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The ride through the parks to get here is STUNNING."

"All the staff were Great answers all our questions.Our Hotel room was a nice size & clean.Breakfast was fine wished the Orange Juice would have been freshly squeezed rather than out of a machine. We went on a few Trips that were Fantastic like the Flyover theatre & The Perlan Museum that we both Enjoyed. Iceland is an expensive place to visit. Eating out was pricey The Taxis were very Expensive"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y sus instalaciones son cómodas y limpias. Al llegar nos atendió César, un chico de El Salvador, que nosayudó muchísimo en lo referente a la habitación y también a movernos por Reykjavik. La comida en el hotel estaba deliciosa."
