"I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water.
We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...

"Pros: Room was quiet, staff were very friendly.
Cons: every morning we had to wait for clean plates for breakfast.
Music in the restaurant was VERY LOUD"

"En general me gustó todo muy limpio ordenado el personal muy amable en todo momento , su ubicación excelente con acceso a todo un lugar muy seguro .

"The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort."
