"A nice stay, check in was annoying though. Some of the hotel staff a little rude, obnoxious. The check in process can be digitally done, but then you still have to go To the desk for. A key and give passport details again and pay city tax, so Don’t bother with that, it’s a waste of time."

"The service was amazing and all the stuff were professional during our stay."

"We stayed here to go to the Celine Dion concert and it was the best decision ever! The hotel is so nice and conveniently located to the Plenitude Arena. Breakfast was amazing, rooms are great, and the staff is wonderful. We loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone!!"

"Absolutely loved the hotel. It was so close to the station that going around was very easy. Would definitely come back."

"Everything was spot on no complaints"
