"From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future."

"Key cards continue to not work for two days straight. I had to get them redone. This resulted in me being outside of the hotel at 3 AM, unable to get in until finally the front door worked. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s clearly not their fault but this was not a good experience would not recommend."

"We stayed one night at Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga and I wish we hadn’t. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are extremely small, old, and there is not an ounce of anything “modern” about them. The bathroom is unbelievably tiny, there’s barely room to turn around. The sink was clogged, and worse, clogged with disgusting hair. The second we saw it we nearly threw up. The room smelled bad. The “pool” they put in the photos to lure people in is just a small round pit. You...

"The room was humid and dark. Not very inviting."

"The room did not have any hot water, half of the room disnt have power and the phone did not work. It smelled very strong of pinsol in the room but the floors were dirty and surfaces were dirty. The door also doesn't meet the frame in places and allowing you to see outside. The hot tub was dated and the white fixtures stained and dirty. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. I got a refund and did not stay."

"Definitely wasn't impressed with our stay. The pool was down so the kids could not swim. Our room was super nasty. Just walking on the floors turned your feet black we had to wash all kids feet and set them on the bed so their feet wouldn't get the sheets dirty. The floor on our room was very uneven.
