I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I am very picky about where I lay my head, and this hotel met my standards. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a plus. This will definitely be my go-to if I am in Chattanooga again.

This place is centrally located to everything and is probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful and always asked if we needed anything when just passing by. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times. The only thing I was unware of was parking is not free and you had to essentially use the valet service, not a huge deal just would be nice to know before booking.

Everything was excellent. We were so impressed by the breakfast each day. It was a full breakfast bar and cafeteria area. Not just continental breakfast. At night they had happy hour at the bar where they give you tokens upon check-in for free drinks. The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice as well.

This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The front desk staff who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. However, they did not mention that breakfast was served on the top floor, so we initially assumed it was located on the first floor. We also found the breakfast experience to be inconsistent with other Embassy Suites locations we have visited. For example, the Embassy Suites in Washington, D.C. offered excellent made-to-order omelets using freshly cracked eggs. At this location, the omelets appeared to be made from liquid eggs, which was a noticeable difference in quality.

Very woll pleased with staff especially Lyric the 1st shift front desk clerk. The gentleman who also worked the front desk were very uobeat andxexcied about myvdaughters suprise birthday party. The fruit platter that was ordered from Embassy was great. The rooms are much smaller and breakfast buffet was much smaller than thexEmbassy we stayed out on Shallowford rd location, Atlanta, Nashville and Chicago...over all great visit.

Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue.
