""The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and a couple of staff members were genuinely helpful. However, we encountered multiple issues that significantly affected our stay. After booking, we were notified the main pool was closed but received a follow-up email suggesting it would be fixed by our arrival. It wasn't. When we arrived on Sunday, we were told it would reopen Wednesday. It didn't, and the reopening date kept getting pushed back to Thursday, then Friday, then Monday. We never got to...

Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports."

"A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!"

"I have been to grange lodge hotel for at least 5 years. The management & staff are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are of a good size and rooms cleaned daily which is fab. The location of the hotel is excellent as its a 10 min walk to st peterport. The food is very good & a decent price too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island."
