One night in Guernsey tracing family history.

We stayed 1 night and were very well treated. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Room was clean and fresh with a large comfortable bed. We dined in at the hotel's restaurant where we had a truly superb meal, beautifully cooked and presented. Would reccomend for the food alone. We hope to come again for longer!

Good quiet room in a good location.

Lovely quiet room which was a good size. Very friendly welcome and all staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool but limited sun beds but within a couple of minutes walk to a beach. Had a good value meal in the evening. The bed was too firm for us which impacted on our sleep. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which made both rooms feel small. No aircon and being on the ground floor with the access to car park outside the room we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight.

A breath of fresh air - service with a a smile

After several lacklustre post-pandemic experiences with poor or reduced service in hotels, the Peninsula was a breath of fresh air. For all the usual interaction staff were pleasant and welcoming, and for additional requests they were very accommodating - and service came with a smile. The communal spaces were large, well maintained and inviting and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. Very convenient for the bus stop to St Peter Port. Food was great, particularly the evening meals. Very close to the sea, and I would have made more of the pool if the weather had been a bit more favourable!

Great Time at The Peninsula !!! 😎

We had a lovely 5 day break at The Peninsula Hotel! The Staff were wonderful so friendly ! Nothing was too much trouble ! We have a lot of family in Guernsey , so next time we stay it will definitely be The Peninsula ! One thing that would make it even better! New mattress on beds !!!!
