The staff couldn't do enough to help. Very convenient for the bus stop to St Peter Port. Food was great, particularly the evening meals. Very close to the sea, and I would have made more of the pool if the weather had been a bit more favourable!
Staff are very welcoming great place to relax very comfortably and convenient for a short break away. Stayed here twice now lovely place will definitely return.
We stayed 1 night and were very well treated. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Room was clean and fresh with a large comfortable bed.
We dined in at the hotel's restaurant where we had a truly superb meal, beautifully cooked and presented. Would reccomend for the food alone. We hope to come again for longer!
Good setting near the beach. Good Wifi and working facilities if on a business trip. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Pleasant and welcoming staff, especially the person who checked me in.
Pleasant comfortable simply furnished room, public areas decor in a rustic, seaside, nautical tone. I didn't experience any meals other than breakfast which had a good selection and choice.
Overall at £105 per night I felt it was good value
The staff was friendly and the food was average. The rooms did not have enough towels, we found a few massive spiders in our bed, our showers were ice cold, the telephone in the room did not work, the tv is about 15", and it's the first hotel that I'vr had to use an actual key to open our door - felt like we were back in the 70s.
The Peninsula Hotel is in a wonderful peaceful location.
The staff are so friendly and helpful - they are all amazing.
The dining is wonderful; I love the atmosphere in the gorgeous dining room.
Really nice hotel in a wonderful location. While some areas could do with a bit of a spruce up, nothing can detract from the amazing staff. Cheerful helpful friendly they are fantastic.
Breakfast is good, restaurant very nice food too
