"This building is very old and for someone who’s been coming to this hotel for over 20 years we have noticed over the last few years since there has been new ownership, the building maintenance has deteriorated a lot. There is a smell that is in the old building. that is really gross. The carpet throughout the building is extremely disgusting. The pools are really beautiful and lovely to be in, but we noticed that the main pool floor is starting to peel… the pools were also not cleaned throughout...

"Bed bugs, and I realize all hotels are prone to this, but it could have been handled better. I had a group of 4 rooms, would only reimburse for one after confirming bed bugs in that room, even though I had to move the entire group out of the hotel last minute and scramble to find accommodations. Had they assisted, I would have been happy to consider going back in the future. Instead, it was a negative interaction with no accountability shown."
