"L' emplacement bien situé. La chambre, un seul éclairage sans dimer, même chose dans la salle de bain. Pas de lampe de lecture. Deux fauteuils 1 lit King. Une petite table et 2 chaises pliantes. Une petite télé 30 po. Sur pied. Présence de fourmis dans la minuscule salle de bain. Très déçu du comportement du gérant. Les photos ne sont pas représentatifs .... A l' annonce"

"L'auberge offre une expérience tout à fait différente que le traditionnel séjour à l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de douches dans les chambres et celles-ci sont tout de même accessibles facilement tout près des chambres. L'endroit est super propre et tranquille et a gardé tout l'aspect du monastère ce qui lui confère un certain charme. L'installation du climatiseur portatif (qui est bruyant) empêche de fermer les stores ce qui fait entrer la lumière du jour très tôt le matin ce qui peut être un point...

"Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff is great. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade but the bedding and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The bar and bar staff/bartender, Dimitri were excellent. Pricey as most things in downtown."

"Front desk person was amazing. Hotel facilities are in really poor condition. The smell of the room was terrible. There was lots of humidity and it was hard to breath inside the room. The facilities need care and a complete renovation ASAP!"

"Make no mistake, this is a budget hotel. My room was nice but the decorative fireplace did not work and the TV remote was non-responsive until it launched into a pay movie on its own that the staff later agreed to remove from the bill. The carpeted hallway outside of the elevator on my floor was dirty. There's a reason why there's no pictures of the interior of the Italian restaurant, called Novella. "The receptionist forgot to activate my keys, then sent me to a "nonsmoking room" that reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to get a room change and as I was walking to the new room, saw a security guard with a can of Febreze enter my old room to spray it to cover the scent (?). Dubious cleaning protocols at this place"

"We appreciated the convenient location and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The mirror in main area had noticeable smudge marks, the bed sheets had several rips, and there was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch. The air conditioning was only located in the room with the pull-out couch, leaving the main sleeping area much warmer and less comfortable. "This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at yet. My partner I go to Old Port in Montreal every year and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. We really enjoyed how there was laundry machines one unit, as we typically stay for almost a week and it’s nice to freshen up our clothed. There is also a kitchenette and a living room. We definitely will be back and can’t recommend this place enough to others."
