"Hotel is beautiful! The plus is having taxis outside and ready to go at all times. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked into my room there was no bath towels. Not a huge problem went downstairs to grab three because I’m also traveling with my husband. The representatives told me no that I can only have two towels. "I was surprised to be greeted by a flight of stairs at the entrance to the hotel. There is a manual wheelchair lift if required. Other than that, this is a lovely hotel, comfortable and the right size for a few nights stay. Do note cleaning service is on demand and they will not clean your room if you do not arrange for a service the night before. What I like about this hotel it's location to plentiful cafes, restaurants, the harbor, and beautiful walking paths. It is also next to the mall...

"This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens, and van easy walk to Vesterbro, Nyhavn, shopping in Stroget. The continental breakfast has many delicious choices, from crepes with milk or dark chocolate, or jam, to robust breads, eggs, meats (even liver pâté!), Danish cheeses, croissants, fresh fruit amd yogurts!"
