The hotel has a lot of charm and character, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. "Easily the best place we stayed in all of Ireland. Beautiful, clean, fancy. Located right next to Killarney National Park. The staff were so kind, offering to help any way they could. Carried our bags, gave us tips, helped us rent the free bicycles. Two restaurants and a lounge on site. Live music at the pub was awesome. Breakfast is great. The spa was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire property was beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent as well—just a short and easy walk into town, which made it very convenient for exploring Killarney.
