"Hi everything was nice just had to move three times when I were there customer service put me in a king suite when I booked a queen suite had to stay in a regular queen room on the first night and that's was at 9:00pm at night but I arrived there at 4:00pm that day. And then my suite wasn't ready until 11:00pm the next day!! I was very disappointed with customer service!! They did give me a food comp!!! But they should've gave me a free night stay!! But it's a beautiful place to stay and I would stay again!!! God bless!!!"

"The property in some spots is disgusting cockroaches on the way in from the parking lot, however it's not all gross it was great with my kids rooms aren't fancy but we loved the circus acts the adventuredome was awesome, the spongebob ride was awesome the water park outside was cool decent food prices overall we went to cleaner fancier hotels after and we missed the fun and convenience of circus circus"

"I last stayed in The Venetian 13 years ago, and thought then it was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at. I took 11 friends with me for my belated 50th birthday this time, and it's still the best hotel any of us have ever seen, and there was a lot of experienced world travellers in the group. The rooms (and the hotel itself) have magnificent decor, and are extremely spacious and meticulously clean. The hotel and casino facilities are excellent, and of course, the grand canal is something else… and yes, I have been to Venice. Obviously, it’s not cheap to wine and dine in the hotel itself, and if you’re on the 28th floor in the North Tower, you can be waiting on an elevator for a while, but this is a Vegas must-see and stay."
