"The place, staff, cleanliness was amazing. Expedia never told us to book a check in time upon arrival. It took us an extra hour and a half because expedia failed to inform us of any inforamtion before arriving to the property. Overall the the place was amazing, but booking through expedia needs to be more aware of what needs to be done after booking at this property."

"There are no ice machines in hallways so need to ask for at front desk and only get 2 sm at a time, expected to hold in hand till 10th floor. No coffee machines in rooms so they give coffee coupons to redeem at casino area which runs out often. U get 3 flat small bed pillows for King size room. Door lock sensor malfunctioned and couldn’t get in room, Had new keys issuers, still no good, had to change rooms, very inconvenient to repack and unpack again. "The pool was nice the casino was nice The ac in our room wasn’t working and the fridge in our room wasn’t working so good we brought went bad The room wasn’t vacuumed our 1 year old kept finding things everywhere and putting them in his mouth. The arcade was okay a lot of games not working"

"Room could have been cleaner. I think I wiped it down myself alot better. There was no hot water, water pressure was terrible , no great tv channels available. But glad we had a fridge! Wish there was a coffee maker or microwave available somewhere. Also convenient store should stay open all day! Pools were warm not fresh. But slides are fun. Bar is nice too. Beach area is 10/10 probably the best part of the hotel. Overall stay was 3.7"

"Central location, easy parking, friendly staff. We got married here but had never stayed. In town to visit old friends who recommended it as an option. Room was smaller than typical hotels but it was just fine for us - quite comfortable."

"To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. "Everything was excellent nite staff and room attendant Tami was very helpful. Despite our minor plumbing issue w the shower they tried to do everything they could to help us out. Overall everything was excellent, planning to choose our next trip with you"
