"My kids loved Hotel Quebec by Jaro, they have lots of great activities for kids and they could have stayed longer as there were lots for them to do. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and we liked the buffet style. There could have been better maintenance for example half of the games at the arcade were out of service and the rooms were outdated and the carpet in the hallways were dirty. Overall we had a great stay and my kids had lots of fun!"

The caulking around the bathtub was full of mildew, the bathroom sink did not drain properly and the floor of the shower was stained so it looked dirty. The pool area was great for the kids and having a balcony is a perk. For the price of the hotel, I expected a higher level of cleanliness."

"Room was clean. Breakfast time was terrible. So many people in a very tight inaccessible area. Often foods and plates were depleted. Cannot use the pool whenever you can because you have to reserve a time. Unfortunately there were no time slots available therefore my family was not able to enjoy the pool while we were there for 2 nights."
