"The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. "Staff very nice room not clean we found insects and cockroach in the room and walking in the bed try to change room the room they offer was worse so I tell to deep clean the room the food was blended the beach was nice but very hot and humid every day got sick I think from the drink from the pool I try to drink bottle water, everything is very expensive the road r very bad a lot pot hole they drive very slow, very nice and courteous people"

The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop."

"Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management."
