"The staff were super helpful, fun and friendly. The hotel felt clean and like you were in a secluded resort. The food did not sit well with most of my group the entirety of the trip although there was a large menu and seemed clean and prepared well. Happy hour everyday with free snacks and drinks was a nice touch! "

"There is no national park nearby. Nothing was walkable. The neighborhood was not safe especially at night. The pool was pretty but not a lot of chairs or towels were available outdoors. There was a hot tub and an outdoor bar but it did not stay open all day. The Buffett breakfast was decent and plentiful but after breakfast, food wasn’t available except in the bar. The dinner restaurant was nice but the menu was limited and pricey. The rooms were clean and the workers were very helpful and...

"This hotel was amazing, first we had done 2 different reservations (we added a night after), the second night we booked was a suite and the receptionist put us both nights in the suite which we really appreciated of him. Then the room was very clean and all what you need was present. The breakfast was very tasty, the buffet had enough options. A clear safe choice for a starting point in Costa Rica! "

"We were really disappointed with our stay. Staff were very unhelpful. Hallways not clean. Given a room with a view of garbage cans and gas tanks. Another guest arrived on a red eye at 10 am and was told her room would not be ready until 2pm! Far from airport. Very limited ameneties, not even conditioner or enough towels. Will not stay here again "
