"The staff were super helpful, fun and friendly. The hotel felt clean and like you were in a secluded resort. The food did not sit well with most of my group the entirety of the trip although there was a large menu and seemed clean and prepared well. Happy hour everyday with free snacks and drinks was a nice touch! "

"The property is well kept up. The rooms are basic, showing their age but clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than expected - coffee or juice, small fruit plate, then a larger plate with plantains, peas and rice, scrambled eggs, and what tasted like a hot dog. Everything was fine for the price and proximity to the airport "

"I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me. One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work. What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby...
