"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. "The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

"Was a lovely place to stay, not too far from anything we wanted to do which was great. The host had kindly left milk, butter and eggs for us in the kitchen which we appreciated! The house was tidy and clean. My only comment would be that there were lots of cobwebs in the rooms but otherwise we had a lovely stay "
