"Great hotel, but lots of children/families which seemed odd for a business-style hotel. My room was great but having screaming kids running up and down the corridor outside after 10pm was unfortunate. It's not the hotels fault but not what I had expected at a business conference in Bracknell. "

Shower was dirty with p**** hair and top of soap container. Draw which clearly states “hair dryer” was empty. Generally place rather tired looking and could use a freshen up. "
"the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 is wonderful, As a Saudi it is very convenience to be able to walk directly from the Terminal 4 departures hall through the tunnel straight to the hotel lobby.
We got family room, It was very comfortable and provided good environment for a good night's rest.
The staff were very respectful and helpful, especially Mr, Martinho , whom I would like to thank him for his kind treatment and constant assistance.

"Food options were ok but no steak which was a shame. It was the first night for a new waitress, my girlfriend and I found the little bold man who was front of house quite patronising and loud in front on guests. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional "
