"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"

"Accueil impeccable, tout le monde tend à satisfaire vos besoins avec politesse et sens de l’accueil. Très belle chambre, spécialement préparée pour nos noces d’étain La piscine est vraiment grande ca change des hôtels en France. Quelques activités sportives y sont proposées, c’est sympa. Mais le gros plus de ce palace, de notre point de vue, est la restauration; tout simplement exceptionnelle!! Beaucoup de choix et une qualité digne de bons restau français, y compris le restau en self service...

"On a passé de très bonnes vacances, l’hôtel est vraiment top top rien a dire de la propreté du lieu au confort des chambres spacieuses au personnel souriant et tres serviable. La nourriture top tres varié. Pas déçu du tout on reviendra et surtout on va recommander cet hotel dans notre entourage c’est sure. "

"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift...
