"Really needs some exterior maintenance. There was stucco missing from the building directly in our view the railings and flashing were rusty and dirty we had a wrap around balcony that for some reason had a fence panel in the middle of it that also needed to be painted but should just be Removed the pool was apparently removed a year ago so no real ammenities to use. The in room coffee area has been updated at some point and the decision to remove a sink in the counter was poor, there is still...

"The staff were very nice and the place was well put together and clean. The only thing I found a little odd was how the sink was outside of the bathroom but that's just the layout. Very satisfied overall."

"This property was AMAZING for my daughter’s 10th birthday gathering. The restaurant seated us specially so the kids could be themselves together and then we had the kids up to a suite where they put us in a great corner unit where we wouldn’t get any noise complaints :) we are so grateful! The staff also made our daughter a special cake for when we checked in."

"I stayed at Hotel Zed with a friend for a girls trip and it was awesome. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They let us check in early, which was so helpful since we were on an early flight. The ability to text message the lobby was so convenient and they were always super responsive. We were reluctant to stay at a hotel outside of downtown but the location was super easy to navigate to a cool restaurant or the wharf with a quick Uber ride. Thank you Hotel Zed!!!"

"This is an older property that has had renovations and rooms are really nice and well equipped. Parking situation was not good and the views from the room were that of building walls and rooftops. Not overly impressed with the area in whole."
