If you are carrying luggage, they immediately step in to help without hesitation. Even a simple glance at any staff member is enough for them to ask if you need assistance. The room is cleaned daily, with fruit and snacks thoughtfully restocked every day. You can regularly see the cleaning crew throughout the hotel, which truly shows their attention to cleanliness and detail. My wife especially enjoyed both the public hot spring and the in-room hot spring. The shuttle service is always on time, making transportation easy and stress-free. I also heard that a new and improved online shuttle reservation system is in the works, which will make booking much easier for visitors who do not have phone service to call and make reservations. An outstanding stay with excellent service and care in every detail. Highly recommended."

"Location was great, super close to the MRT station. Hotel was nicely decorated but the rooms are a bit small and our door lock is on the verge of breaking. It was also very dark inside, not good for applying makeup or reading. Breakfast was ok, could use more variety and they didn’t clear the dishes off our table until we left. It was a decent stay overall "
