Rooms were large, comfortable, and the giant spring water soaking tubs in each room were fantastic. Decor is only slightly dated but in a regal way. I only had one minor issue seeing a small roach in the bathroom at 4am the day after I arrived. However after allowing the cleaning service for subsequent days, and ensuring no garbage was left in the room the situation did not repeat itself.

Loved the hot spring tub. We were given an old room. Everything was pretty old. AC doesn’t really work. Couldn’t close the shower door. Headboard is loose. Other than that it’s comfortable and the shower water and hot spring water was hot and with good pressure.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and the temperature dropped to 19–20°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Even though there was a blanket, the combination of cold air and noise from the AC made the room quite uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to sleep properly during my stay, which is tough when you're traveling and need rest. On the positive side, the room had a nice marble bathtub with hot spring water, which was a great feature. I think this room would be more suitable for a short stay—maybe just a few hours or one night at most—as it's quite compact. The staff were very friendly, and overall the hotel is good value for the price, but I wouldn't recommend staying for multiple nights unless the air conditioning issue is fixed.

Third time staying at this hotel, changed management again, not as good as before, no more breakfast or local transportation provided anymore, requires 20mins uphill walk to hotel, or 100 local dollars for taxis which sometimes not available

今回、checkinの際、日本expediaの予約システムの問題により、このホテルの受付で一時間以上待ってから、ようやくcheckingができました。私はこの宿泊を無料にすることを電話で日本のスタッフに言いましたが、後日、メールで連絡してくれますとスタッフ言ってくれました。しかし、２，３日が経っても、全く返事なしで、Expediaのゴールドメンバーですが、この対応につき、かなりがっが利しています。

Not responsive at all on Expedia. There was no shuttle from the airport option (one of our questions that were never answered by the hotel) and the local neighborhood shuttle didn’t run frequently enough for use. Even though we checked in pretty late, at about 2 AM, the housekeeping wasn’t done as there was no hand soap in the room and we found a stack of hair from previous occupants in the bathroom. However, the private onsen in the room was great and the location was ideal for exploring the Beitou area.

たっぷりお湯の入るバスタブ気持ちよかったです。 お部屋にお水はあります。 台湾は当たり前ですが、歯ブラシはなし 欲しかったもの アルコールなど 行きめちゃくちゃ登ります。 でもお値段考えたら大満足です。 近くにコンビニありますが、行き3分 戻り7分…凄い坂なんです。 可能なら、ホテルで何か販売あったら嬉しいなと思いました。 それ以外大きな不満もなく、ゆっくり過ごせました。 有難うございました！
