Beautiful building. Amenities were great. Very spacious room. The front desk area is very colorful giving a good and playful vibe. Restaurant looked great even though we didn’t use. The hotel is on the same building as a shopping mall and there is a metro station underneath which is all super convenient.

My first travel to Taipei and yes, was uncertain about the accommodations, but staying at Two Tails removed all that…super clean rooms; met the cleaner once and she was very cordial and helpful; the view from the balcony was amazing…I cherished a ‘good morning Taipei’ every morning! Guess what-I ended extending my stay there! If I return, this is my place to stay! Ahhhh…and the MRT is right below!

This hotel is an excellent choice for our 6-day Taipei trip. Close to metro station and shopping mall (in the same building), several seven eleven, family mart, restaurants and local morning market nearby. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and self-serve laundry (8th floor)

The staff kindly upgraded my room from a standard one-bedroom to an Executive Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for meeting friends. This thoughtful gesture made my stay much more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway from the hotel basement, making it easy to get around the city. Another great benefit is the complimentary parking provided for guests, which added even more value to the stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June.
