Recommend for vacation stay. Worth mentioning, bike renting is just at the corner cross street from the hotel, as well as a short walk off the sidewalk along the river. You can take bike onto the ferry to the other side of river and bike around in the area. Also, on Bali side, there are a variety of options to eat.

hotel is located across the river from Tansui. We had an amazing river view from our room. room is spacious and very clean. hot spring in the room is very good quality, we can relax at the end of the very long day. I would like to stay here if we were visiting Taipei despite its remote location.

Much room for improvement

Overall it was a good stay, however since it's a new opened hotel, some of the staff are not trained to the lever that should be for a Sheraton tier hotel. The hot spring is good. Pool is filled with too many kids, I was not able to swim normally. They should have a section of swimming pool portion blocked off for swimmers and kids to play. So, people actually want to go swim can swim without bumping into kids every 3 feet. Also, I was not able to book the room from Bonvoy for some reason that they can't explain, thats why I booked through here. The rate here in Hotel.com is actually cheaper compare to Bonvoy. This is something I am not happy about. Because I wanted to book my stay with Bonvoy so I can collect my stay.

家庭旅遊

房間整潔，位置不錯，溫泉部分也不錯，整體裝潢有格調，而且飯店還蠻新的，工作人員感覺有努力招待客人，這些都不錯。小小不滿意的點有，設施除了健身房之外只到 22:00 ，因為淡水有老街，逛完再去飯店很容易超過這個時間，如果可以到 24:00 對顧客比較好，另一個點是室外游泳池不是溫水的，雖然很漂亮想去游，但因為下著毛毛雨，導致水溫太冷，後來就放棄了，另外健身房的器具項目有點少
