"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the price. The hotel could definitely use a remodel. We won't stay here again."

"The hotel is very close to the airport (10min taxi ride at the most) and the rooms were very nice. Good beds, very soft pillows and amazing duvets. The amenities were lacking when we were there, as the pool has yet to open (opens on June 1st, we were there end of May) and there is no included food at all. You do get a 20% discount on the dinner buffet the first time you use it though."

We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were."
