"This is a four star luxury hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, kind and truly went well above the call of duty to make our stay the most pleasurable and convenient stay we’ve ever had. The facilities were gorgeous and well maintained. The on site restaurant was high quality and delicious. The staff was always ready to give recommendations for local dining, excursions, most efficient way to get to wherever we wanted to go. Great option for singles, families and business people. "Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children."
