Good breakfast and hotel

The hotel location is good and quiet (walking distance to the town center). Our room was at the top floor (3/F.) It's view is good but not good for older people walking up and down. Madam Vg (I think she is the owner) prepared very good breakfast for us.

Great stay. Great Breakfast. Comfortable room Great location, quiet location but walkable in about 15 mins to old town. Free bikes to go to beach and explore local countryside. Friendly staff to help with transfers and trips if required.

Beautiful place with a very warm staff.

Enjoyed very much my staying at ZEN Boutique Villa, in Hôi An, during my Asian trip. I loved the place, the room was wonderful and very clean and fresh. Amazing breakfast, with fresh ingredients and above all, a very warm and helpful staff 🙏 I really hope one day to return back. Great place to relax and enjoy the beauties of Hôi An.

Highly recommended!

The hotel located about 45 minutes from DANANG airport but they can arrange pick up for about $19 in private car. This hotel is close to the old town in Hoi An, clean and big room. The staffs are super friendly.

Lovely stay- thank you!

I loved my stay at Zen Villa. So peaceful and relaxing. Vie did everything she could to make me feel comfortable-got me a fresh vegan Bahn mi for my breakfast every morning and ensured I had some soy milk for my coffee. The room is very comfortable and the bed nice and big. The bikes need a refresh as the breaks didn’t work well and the chain came off but all in all ok. Location was good.

Vy and Huong were absolutely amazing and delightful. What a beautiful way to get settled by talking to genuinely sweet staff. The property was quaint and cozy and just what we wanted. The pool was beautiful and nice to relax in. Close enough to Old Town but still quiet and removed so as to easily enjoy our experience. The breakfasts were exceptional. We absolutely intend to stay here again!

Excellent stay!! The most beautiful and attentive staff, spacious rooms, very clean, walking distance to the bustling old town or you can ride to town with free bikes provided. Breakfast was delicious with large servings. They organized transport to and from danang, helped organize tours and spa treatments. Cannot fault the service or stay at all!! Just perfect.

This was an amazing stay. The owners are a small family and the staff was very quiet, polite, and accommodating. The breakfast was included and was substantial with fresh fruit every morning. The rooms was very cosy and clean. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Hoi An. An easy 15 minutes walk along the river to Old Town and so many dining options within walking distance.

Zen boutique Villa is a charming little hotel. Our room (202) was large with a generous balcony. The daily breakfasts were fresh and full of flavour, based on local cuisine – very, very good. Wow, it will be hard for any hotel to top our experience here. If you are looking for a unique, luxurious, and beautiful place to stay in Hoi An for a reasonable price, this is it! The staff were thoughtful and welcoming and because they were a small team the customer service felt extremely personal. The location is fantastic for accessing the ancient town or the beach but is far enough away to be very peaceful. The rice fields nearby are gorgeous at sunset and I highly recommend riding the free bicycles or very cheap motorbike rental that the hotel provides through them. Also: delicious breakfast, great local recommendations, easy airport transfer arrangements, and quality laundry service! Couldn’t ask for more.

The property is small (only a few rooms) which gives it a cozy vibe. The staff is amazing and very accommodating… they went out of their way multiple times to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are big, clean and the bed is super comfortable. The only problem with this hotel is it gets a bit too cold in winter. The property in general would be much better in summer, as everything is “open”. the pool is beautiful but too cold to swim. (Common occurrence in Vietnam). The location is great! The breakfast is very tasty and great quality- my only suggestion would be to add a few more options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Thank you

Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast included. Arranged a motor bike rental for me (it was dropped off / picked up - zero hassle). Gave great advice. Location is walking distance to Old Town Hanoi and beach. Free bicycle usage (I used it many times).
