Beautifully traditional and extremely charming!

It's the oldest hotel in hoi an old town and is amazing. The hotel is made from old dark wood, has antiques and an 'olde worldy' charm. The staff are very friendly and there is nothing they won't do. We were surprised by the free offerings (20min massage, boat ride, light supper etc). If you're expecting ultra mod cons, sleek new feel accommodation then this is not for you! The hotel is old and does require a 'freshen up' in some areas hut it adds to the charm in my opinion. I would 100% recommend. The food served is incredible, the female chef is outstanding :)

I was bitten by a bed bug prior to my first night in the room on the ground floor. Found a bed bug on my pillow. Brought it to the receptionist, he was kind enough to upgrade my room and changed my room, also did apologised for the inconvenience caused. However, it’d definitely be better if there isn’t any bed bugs at all.

旧市街にあり車が入れないエリアのため、タクシーでの送迎がホテル前ではできない。少し離れたところでの送迎になる。 それでも、歴史のあるアンティークホテルに宿泊できるのは素敵。リノベートされているので設備も問題ない。バスタブがあり久しぶりにゆっくりお風呂に入れ、旅の疲れが取れた。 何より、宿泊するからこそ旧市街の雰囲気を存分に味わえるし、徒歩ですべての観光スポットに行けて非常に便利でもある。

そもそも、ホテル名？が文字化けしていてわかりませんが、おそらくホイアんのヴィンフンヘリテージホテルに対するご質問かと？ 旧市街の真ん中でロケーションは最高でした。 スタッフと丁寧でした。 もちろん古い建物で薄暗いので廊下も暗い上に鍵の開け閉めには苦労しましたが、私的には満足でした。

掛け布団がなく、シーツ１枚しかかけるものがなかった。枕が、以前使った方の臭い？生乾きの臭いみたいなものがした。古民家風なので仕方ないが、窓が完全に閉まらず、心配だった。スタッフは感じがよく、テキパキと対応くれた。

Enttäuschend,heruntergekommen, überteuert

Das Gute zuerst: extrem zentrale Lage und ein altes, schönes Haus. Leider sind die Zimmer fensterlos und stockdunkel. Es gibt zwar eine Luke zum Innenhof, vergittert, yber ohne Glas, so dass Insekten hereinkommen. Der Raum war mit kaputten Leuchten und heruntergekommenem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Kakerlaken im Bad, was vom Service mit einem "Oh." zur Kenntnis genommen- und dann völlig ignoriert wurde. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig (Zimmer im EG). Unser Buchungswunsch nach zwei Betten wurde zwar bestätigt, aber nicht erfüllt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, spricht aber kein Englisch und war nicht in der Lage, irgendein Problem zu beheben oder auf Wünsche einzugehen. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert, schon gar nicht für die hohen Preise.

Beautiful heritage building, but problems

A beautifully renovated/repurposed UNESCO heritage building located in the heart of historic old town. Lovely, friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Modest breakfast buffet but no other meals served. Major, possibly fatal flaw is a severe infestation of bedbugs both in my original highest priced superior room and in the second room I was moved to on another floor. When I left early for another hotel, Vinh Hung paid for a taxi but would not issue a refund for the remaining prepaid night.

旧市街の中にあるのでホイアン観光にはとても便利でした。 スタッフの方の親切で丁寧な接客がより良い旅行にしてくれました。 滞在中にしたい事なども親切にアドバイスして頂き助かりました。 ホイアンに再訪する際はまた必ずこちらに泊まりたいと思います。

空港からのピックアップサービスを頼んであったが、ヴィン フン2に連れて行かれ、部屋が壊れたのでヴィン フンリバーサイドリゾートに変更して欲しい旨を伝えられました。 結局、リバーサイドリゾートはとても快適で朝食も素晴らしかったのでとてもお得な感じでした ヴィン フン系列は良いホテルだと思います。

Fantastique !

Séjour inoubliable au coeur de la vieille ville de Hôi An. L'hôtel a deux suites Héritage qui vous transportent dans un autre temps, nous avons bien apprécié cette ambiane spéciale. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, bars, cafés et boutiques, sans compter les belles promenades au bord de l'eau.

立地が最高。スタッフが皆さん親切。古民家ということで、水回りや音を気にされる他の利用者のコメントも見かけましたが、それ込みで古き良きホイアンを楽しむことができました。家具もアンティークでとても素敵。世界遺産の雰囲気を感じたい方には是非オススメしたいホテルです。

ホイアンに到着してすぐ206号室（ヘリテージスイート）に２泊させていただきました。 【良かった点】 歴史的建造物のため雰囲気は抜群に良い。旧市街の中にあるため散策へのアクセスも○。歩き疲れたら宿に帰って休めます。フットマッサージ30分が一回無料で受けられる。ビンフンのほかのホテルのサンセットクルーズやプールが無料で利用できる。 【悪かった点】 部屋は暗くて床は歩くとギシギシと軋む。ゴキ○リの死骸も…。夜は遅くまで外の喧噪が聞こえます。アメニティに歯ブラシ、コンディショナーがない。 フットマッサージ予約したが、時間通りにフロントに行ったら、場所がリバーサイドホテルですと言われ受けられなかった…（説明してくれれば）。受付スタッフの英語レベルに差がある。20年以上勤めているという男性スタッフがいて、この方はすごく対応も良かったです。 【まとめ】 設備は古く不便もあるが、立地、雰囲気は良く、客室数も少なくてなかなか予約の取れない人気のホテルのようです。宿泊に何を求めるかですね。泊まるなら道路側のヘリテージスイート（二部屋のみ）にしたほうが良いです。 個人的には一泊だけで十分でした。

ホイアン旧市街のにあり非常に便利な立地にある。建物もすごくおしゃれで、エントランスも部屋もすごく凝ったつくりで街並みにフィットしていて最高だった。 しかしながら、部屋の壁が薄すぎる。１Fの部屋だったが、壁というより仕切りのような壁で外の声や音がまる聞こえ。ということは部屋の会話もまる聞こえ。 洗面所は丸めたタオルが置いてあり、おそらく前の人が使ったバスマットが置いてあったのではないかと思う。 朝食は軽めの軽食が用意してあるだけだったが、麺のスープがおいしかった。 ホイアン旧市街を満喫するには最高の場所なので、壁の薄さを我慢すればそれ以外は最高なホテル
