Great hotel

Liked the location outside of ancient town, but just a short walk. Staff were all lovely, very nice pool with loungers that have padding. Decent breakfast with seating inside and outside. Enjoyed having a balcony to sit out on.

Delightful experience

Excellent location, short walk to old town and all the shopping. Staff is incredibly engaging always checking if anything is needed to make your stay more comfortable. Room was always clean as is the hotel itself. Pool is excellent. They made great recommendations for shopping at check in as well as activities and sights. Only real downside is the gym, it will be fine for most but if you're a gym rat you know this is typical complaint lol. Will definitely be back, thank you!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and can communicate in English. However, the hotel is a bit old. We found holes in the bedsheets. The air conditioning in the room is strong, which is good. The buffet breakfast is disappointing. It has limited choices, and most of the food is cold. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the old town centre. Good location.

Clean, safe, convenient walking distance to Hội An old town. I am very happy with the service. The receptionists , specifically the lead Joy Fom , are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . Nice swimming pool , great continental breakfast. Last but not least, I love the bicycles that can be check out for free. I used the bicycle to get to the old town around 10:00am …if you want to shred some weight via perspiration :) Highly recommend the hotel for staying at the hotel.

가성비 좋다고 추천한 분들 반성해야할 듯. 오래된 호텔이라 방에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나고, 샤워기나 욕조 파이프에서 물이 샘. 조식당 음식은 평균이하이고, 직원들은 아침인사나 자리안내도 없었음. 그래도 매번 팁을 두고 나왔는데 지금 생각해 보니 살짝 후회가 됨. 투숙객이 적어서인지 안방비치까지 셔틀버스 운행도 중단하고 있음. 대신 붐비지 않고 올드타운 중심가까지 걸을 수 있는 거리에 위치한 점은 좋았음.

호이안 올드타운 근처에 있어 아침산책과 밤 나들이에 매우 편리하고 좋았다. 직원들은 친절하고 상냥했다. 다만 2박 중 두번째 조식 중 빈 접시를 식사 다 할 때까지 치우지 않은 점이 불편했다. 옆 테이블을 치우고 세팅하고도 그냥 지나쳤다. 뷔페식당에서 이런 일은 처음이었다. 식당 외 다른 곳에서 일하는 직원들은 모두 친절하였다.

호이안에 있는 느낌 그대로인 호텔, 고급스럽진 않아도 있어야 할 것은 다 갖춘 호텔

전반적인 시설이 오래되었고, 고급스럽진 않지만 호이안다운 느낌의 호텔이었어요. 수영장도, 조식도 크게 나쁘지 않았고요. 하지만 객실에 들어올 때 어떤 냄새가 나기도 합니다. 올드타운까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 접근성도 좋고요. 가성비 좋고 로컬 그 느낌 그대로인 곳에 머물고 싶다면 추천합니다. 직원분들도 친절했어요.

コロナの影響で滞在できず、残念でしたが 収束したらまた改めて計画してホイアンに伺おうと思います。また、キャンセル不可のプランにしてしまったため、返金不可だったので今後はキャンセルできるプランで予約しよう思います。

수영장이랑 조식 침구는 깨끗하고 좋은데요 화장실에 주황색 곰팡이가 찝찝했어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 수영장에서 수건이랑 가져다 주시는거랑 올드타운까지 걸어서 다녀올수있는 거리는 좋았아요..

Great hotel, don’t hesitate booking this one!

Beautiful boutique hotel minutes walk from all the action. Delicious buffet breakfast and super friendly staff. Joy in particular was just a ‘joy’. The rooms very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend!
