The front desk staff was so lovely and helpful. We were a short walk from the market, so away from the business and noise but close enough to walk. The rooms were great and clean. Breakfast was fantastic.

Bonsai Villa was amazing. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Set within a beautiful bonsai courtyard, the Villa was a lovely place to stay away from the bustle of the old town.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. You can walk to Ancient Town in 10 minutes. Breakfast was great and the husband and wife owners are very helpful and accomodating (they assisted me when my cell phone broke) I would stay there again in the future

This hotel is gorgeous. Owners take great pride in keeping the hotel clean and comfortable for their guests. I appreciated the bonsai trees and the work that goes into them. Beautiful! The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious and fresh.

Gorgeous hotel with great location

We lived at Bonsai Villa for 3 nights. Small and very cosy hotel. The owner is really nice and made sure we had a great stay. The room is clean and the yard with the pool is quiet. The location of the hotel is great. Quiet atmosphere and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of old town. The hotel has bicycles so you can get around easily. We didn't use them, but probably would have if we were staying longer. The breakfast was delicious! We were lucky and got an extra hour before check out to just chill by the pool. Thanks for a lovely stay! We recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hoi An.

Bonsai Villa was a wonderful to stay and easy walking access to Hoi An Ancient Town. Autumn, who checked us in, explained everything in great detail and made sure that we chose our breakfast items for the next morning. She was very kind and helpful. Our family of four shared one room and we were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Bonsai Villa is about a 10min walk to the Old Town and we felt safe walking home late in the evening from the Old Town. It’s a family run villa and is a lovely quiet place. The owner is very nice and helpful with all our queries. Lots of large, beautiful bonsai in the garden. Sadly, we have been too busy to utilise the pool, which was very inviting during the hot day.

The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Check in was fast and cordial. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. As soon as you walk in, you see the beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard and many bonsai trees. The architecture and furnishings are beautiful. We stayed in the double family suite, which was huge for the three of us. The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the main road of shops and restaurants. Overall we just loved the Bonsai Villa and regretted leaving! We will stay again on our next trip, 5 stars are absolutely deserved!

The Bonsai Villa was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is close to the shopping district and the breakfasts were amazing. Autumn was very helpful with booking tours, etc. The area this hotel is in, is far away enough from the hustle bustle, but close enough to walk to the markets, tailors, etc.

Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm.

Good place away from all of the noise!

This Villa had everything that we needed for our stay, it was across the bridge which we loved for some peace and quiet. The owner had a great attitude and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, but it was good taking everything in consideration! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at beautiful Bonsai Villa. Very clean rooms with very comfortable bed and good breakfast. In a lovely quiet area so you get a good sleep. Only a short walk to the market and Old Town. Plenty of transport options if you don’t want the short walk. We appreciate all their help with recommendations for eating, laundry etc.

Great place to stay in Hoi An

We were two friends staying at Bonsai Villa for 3 nights, and we can only give our best recommendations. The room was big, clean, nice bathroom/shower and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and made to order (we ordered the night before, and then they had it ready when we came down in the morning, so no waste of food not being eaten!). The entire place has a very cozy feel, with the garden filled with the beautiful bonsai trees, and in easy walking distance to the central old quarter of Hoi An (but away from the mass tourist circus!). The staff was also helpful in providing us information about sights and helping to organize transfer. We also borrowed bicycles for free, however I need to say that they were in very poor condition, so would not count on using them for a longer bike trip around town.

Menzione particolare per la proprietaria: Sempre disponibile, risolve ogni vostra richiesta, partendo dai tour agli spostamenti minimi ed a quelli più articolati, di una gentilezza disarmante. Posizione perfetta, ubicato in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti di cammino. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Un hôtel calme et très agréable

Havre de paix proche de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Les gérants sont vraiment très attentionnés et font en sorte qu'on ne manque de rien. J'émets un seul bémol pour moi qui aime les petits déjeuners continentaux, ça n'était pas à mon goût mais d'autres qui préfèrent le salé et le local seront ravis je pense. C'est calme et c'est très appréciable, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, la piscine est propre, l'hôtel est à 10mn à pieds de la vieille ville.

Dejligt lille hotel

Et dejligt lille hotel i gåafstand til det huserende gadeliv med boder, marked, gadekøkkener og dejlige restauranter. Hotellet drives af en familie som er utrolig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Værelserne er rene og pæne og har det nødvendige man har brug for. Morgenmaden vælges om aftenen der er flere valgmuligheder, fra æg i flere variationer til frugt og juice, vi supplerede selv med lidt ost da dette ikke var med på mad kortet. Der er cykler som kan lejes og der er dejlige cykel områder i omegnen. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen til dette lille stille hotel hvor alt ånder af hygge

安靜舒適

飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！

Utrolig hyggeligt sted. Smuk gårdhave med bonsai træer og flotte karper samt pool. Desværre havde vores ene værelse en vandskade, man kunne se væggen boblede og der var en fugtig lugt som var meget anderledes end i det andet værelse. Håber det bliver fikset, for det var ellers et rigtig godt ophold og meget søde værter.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem herrlichen Außenbereich. Für Entspannung sorgt der Pool und die leise Umgebung. Die Altstadt und Hoi An Memories sind fußläufig leicht zu erreichen.
