Honestly, nothing bad to say. The room was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside the restricted traffic area of Madrid so no worry about getting a ticket. It is also really close to the central area (15-20 mins walking from Plaza Mayor). In the La Latina area (5-7 mins waling) there are a lot of bars and restaurants to chose from.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. The room was honestly okay. Our room specifically didnā€™t have a coffee maker, an added amenity you would expect to have at a 3 star hotel. Our trash was not taken out for two days & started to overflow. Our glasses were not replaced at all. We had to go down to the bar to get new glasses every day. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and very close to the metro.

I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was more spacious than I was expecting, very nice bathroom. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful with everything. It is a minute walk to access the subway, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Madrid

Great stay in this perfectly located hotel in Puerta de Toledo. Itā€™s literally a 15 minute walk to the Palacio Real and most major spots to sightsee in the old town. Metro station is across the street, and bus stops as well. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfy, hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Spanish Capital
