This hotel is incredible value for money. We stayed with 2 kids overnight during a long roadtrip and found a very spatious and clean little flat where our young ones could stretch their legs and decompress.

This was a fantastic experience. When booking I did not realise that it was a retirement home. So, when we found out, we weren’t sure, if we would feel comfortable… but we could not cancel last minute and lucky us, because it was an absolutely great experience. The welcome at the reception was as warm as it could have been, the apartments were super clean, well equipped and flawless. The price was also extremely fair. We could also parc our car for free on the resident‘s parking lots. Al in all 10/10.

The property is a great place if you want somewhere quiet and safe to stay with secure offroad parking. Unfortunately upon arrival our bedding wasn’t clean, we stripped the bed and found several hairs, even clumps of hair in pillow cases. We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. Housekeeping proceeded to try and enter the room, front desk was nice and tried their best with us despite the language barrier. Other than the bedding, no complaints. The balconies are great and the appartments have plenty of space/are well equipped.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Personal sehr nett und dafür das wir kein französisch sprechen konnten, konnten wir uns gut auf Englisch mit dem Personal verständigen. Leider kamen wir immer erst spät am Abend Nach Hause, so das wir den Pool nicht mehr nutzen konnten (offen bis 20 Uhr). Leider wohnten Tauben auf dem Balkon. Die jeden Tag dort ihrer Toilette hatten. Das war nicht so schön. Zimmer waren alle sehr geräumig , groß und sauber. Einkaufsgeschäfte waren nicht weit. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank

UNE HONTE! Pas d’ustensile de cuisine

UNE HONTE. Nous sommes arrivée à 19:30 et j’ai eu le réflexe de vérifier s’il y avait bien des ustensiles pour cuisiner et à ma grande surprise il n’y avait 0 ustensiles pour faire la cuisine. Concernant le logement, pas très propre il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, de la poussière dans la chambre et des guêpes mortes derrière le rideau de la chambre.C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement est géniale mais la propreté manque. Ils ne prennent pas la peine de vérifier la conformité et la propreté des chambres avant de les attribuer aux clients et c’est très très grave. C’était notre 2eme fois là-bas pourtant ça s’était bien passé la première fois (pas parfait mais déjà mieux que la seconde)

Impeccable vraiment

Au moment de la réservation nous ne savions pas je c’était une maison de retraite. Cela ne nous a pas déranger du tout, mais ceci étant dit, ce n’est pas mentionné et je pense qu’il faudrai le mentionner. Le logement est incroyablement propre, spacieux et joliment décorer. Ce n'est précisé nulle part mais il s’agit d'un Appart'hôtel situé dans d’une « Résidence Service Senior » donc pas du tout adapté à un déplacement professionnel. Pas de permanence à l'accueil le soir, uniquement un vigile de sécurité, diner très tôt avec les résidents, pas de choix, pas de petits déjeuner avant 8h du matin... bref à éviter
