"I came here solo for my 40th birthday, and the stay was wonderful. If you want to treat yourself, don’t look any further. The food was great, I had the meal package with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The massage was excellent too. For my birthday, I ate at Fish Bar, which is the more exclusive restaurant and unfortunately not included in the meal package, but it was absolutely worth it. "The property is an hour drive from the Nadi airport. The property is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially when you experience the sandbar. The only downside is the limited restaurants in the property. I suggest looking into expanding the dining options considering it’s hard to commute to town just to have Dinner in Port Denerau. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the spa amenities."

"Bedarra is a traditional charming hotel in a wonderful setting on the coral coast. If you are looking for glitzy/glamour it is not for you. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the pool and sea. We ate breakfast there everyday and enjoyed the ocean view. The dinner menu offers a good choice and good value for money using fresh, local ingredients. "Good spot on quiet road. Beach & snorkeling across the road. Rooms good size. The pool is nice and food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is basic. But easy walk to a few cafes etc. It is good value for money place to stay."

"While not a high end property, I would go back. There were issues with the TV and we couldn't adjust the temperature but we loved the small group, family vibe. The food was ok, but good value considering. The staff was great. Loved the location."

"Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk.
